No refunds will be made on and after October 31, 2024.

Until October 30 at 23:59 (UTC-10), cancellation is accepted by writing to the IDW Secretariat to obtain refunds for registration. Please note that refunds will not be made for cancellations received on and after October 31, 2024.
PresentersPlease note no refunds will be given for cancellations by presenters. However IDW will reimburse the registration fee as a result of an acceptance of paper being canceled by the IDW program committee.
Please note that each camera-ready manuscript will be provided on the online open access archive a few months after the conference, however to those of presenters who canceled presentations will not be included on the open access archive.
IDW is not responsible for participants' expenses caused by the cancellation of participation in the in-person conference.
