The I-DEMO (Innovative Demonstration Session) will be held for two days, December 14th and 15th of the IDW ’22.
You can present impressive and innovative display experiences to all participants, leading to fruitful discussions.
Please apply if you want to demonstrate prototype, components, etc. related to your presentation.
After evaluations based on the proposal, the IDW program committee will assign a demonstration on either day.
Note that I-DEMO is an opportunity to demonstrate technical aspects of your paper but not to advertise your affiliation, products, or anything of that nature. If you would prefer to make an advertisement, we offer “IDW ’22 Exhibition”, in which you can advertise your products or companies/organizations for three days.
Follow the three steps shown in the following chart.
Only oral or poster presenters of the technical sessions can submit their demo proposal. We make our evaluations based on the proposal and required conditions.
After acceptance notification, you submit publication materials, a short abstract, representative pictures, and answer the transportation questionnaire.
