Metaverse Venue

This year, we will set up an IDW ’22 metaverse venue in the virtual space. You can communicate by voice chat and can also show slides and videos.
Participation in the metaverse venue does not require the installation of VR equipment or applications, and you can easily participate from a web browser. You can check the image of the metaverse system that we use here. (YouTube: Please use the auto-translation function.)

The proceedings of IDW ’22 will be provided to all exhibitors.

Exhibition Condition
  • The official language for the meetings is English. You are therefore requested to provide English language posters and materials.
  • Electric power of 100 V, 60 Hz, and two Type-A sockets with 500W 15A are supplied.
  • There will be no partitions between booths.
  • If you are considering bringing heavy exhibits or large exhibits exceeding the measurements of the booths, please contact the Secretariat when you submit your application.
  • Actual booth layout in the hall is determined by the IDW ’22 committee.
Important
  • All other equipment and expenses for transport, setup, dismantlement, insurance, etc. have to be prepared and paid by exhibitors.
  • The event may be canceled due to reasons that cannot be attributed to IDW, such as natural disasters and orders from public offices (including those due to the effects of the Covid-19 infection). IDW shall not reimburse the exhibition fee in such cases, and will not be liable for any damage caused by non-reimbursement.
